DAYLIGHT HOURS ONLY FOR ANY RESTAURANT OR SNACK BAR OR
SIMILAR FACILITY LOCATED UPON LAND        OWNED        BY        THE

MONTGOMERY COUNTY REVENUE AUTHORITY AND OPERATED BY THE
REVENUE AUTHORITY OR OTHERS IN CONNECTION WITH THE
OPERATION BY THE REVENUE AUTHORITY OF A PUBLIC GOLF
COURSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1976.

nomination and rewriting those provisions so as to
enhance.
