LIGHT WINE LICENSE MAY BE EXERCISED FROM 6 A.M. TO 12
MIDNIGHT FOLLOWING FOR EVERY DAY INCLUDING SUNDAY.

(2) THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED ON A CLASS B
AND CLASS D BEER LICENSE AND THE PRIVILEGES CONFERRED ON
A CLASS B AND CLASS D BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE MAY BE
EXERCISED FROM 6 A.M. TO 12 MIDNIGHT FOLLOWING FOR EVERY
DAY INCLUDING SUNDAY FOR OFF SALE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages

MC 23-76

FOR the purpose of providing that in Montgomery County an
on—sale license for sale of beer only during
daylight hours only for any restaurant or snack shop
or similar facility located upon land owned by the
Montgomery County Revenue Authority and operated by
the Revenue Authority or others in connection with
the operation by the Revenue Authority of a public
golf course may be issued.
