(b)        (1) The hours during which the privileges

conferred by a Class B beer and light wine license may be
exercised shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock

County and in Baltimore County the hours shall be from 6
o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock a.m. on the day following[,

midnight following for off sale and] from 9 o'clock a.m.
on any day to 1 a.m. on the day following for on sale.

exercised shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock

(a) In Montgomery County, notwithstanding any other
provision of this subtitle, a holder of an alcoholic
beverage license [shall] MAY not sell any alcoholic
beverages between the hours of 1:00 o'clock a.m. and 12
o'clock noon on Sunday, except holders of CLASS A
(OFF-SALE) BEER LICENSES AND CLASS A (OFF-SALE) BEER AND
LIGHT WINE LICENSES AND Class B and Class C, beer, wine
and liquor licenses; CLASS B AND CLASS D BEER LICENSES
AND CLASS B AND CLASS D BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSES, as
hereinafter provided.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 102(d) (1) and (2) be and it is hereby added to
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)
to read as follows:
