(I)    UNDER AGE 13 - BEER AND LIGHT
WINE.

(II)   UNDER AGE 21 - SPIRITUOUS OR
FERMENTED LIQUORS.

(2) UPON CONVICTION, THE PENALTY SHALL BE A
FINE OF BETWEEN $100 AND $500, OR IMPRISONMENT FOR
BETWEEN TEN AND 90 DAYS, OR BOTH.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Anne Arundel County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Contents of County Licenses)

FOR the purpose of excluding Anne Arundel County from a
certain certificate requirement that is necessary
for obtaining an application for an alcoholic
beverage license; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 56(18)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 56(18) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

56.

Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, every
new application for a license shall be made to the board
of license commissioners or the clerks of court upon
forms prescribed by the Comptroller and sworn to by the
applicant. Every application for a license shall contain
