AN ACT concerning

Gunning Rigs

FOR the purpose of clarifying the areas where
sneakboating and bushwacking is permitted in the
waters of the State; clarifying the requirements for
licensing gunning rigs and the process for
confiscating gunning rig licenses; specifying
dimensions of sneakboats and bushwacking rigs in
certain areas; adding certain definitions to the
wildlife subtitle; and generally relating to
correction and clarification of gunning rig
provisions.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 10-601(e) and (f), respectively,
of Article - Natural Resources, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they
are hereby renumbered to be Sections 10—601 (f) and (h),
respectively.

SECTION 2.        AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new

Sections 10-601 (e) and (g) and 10-610(c) be and they are
hereby added to Article — Natural Resources, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:
