days, upon the payment of a fee of [fifteen dollars
($15.00)] $15 per day.[,] THE PROVISIONS OF §103 OF THIS
ARTICLE MAY NOT APPLY TO HOLDERS OF THIS LICENCE AND
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SOLD UNDER THIS SPECIAL LICENSE SHALL
BE PURCHASED BY SUCH SPECIAL LICENSE HOLDER FROM RETAIL
DEALERS.

(2)    [except that in] IN Prince George's
County the fee [shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00)] IS
$25 per day[; provided that the provisions of § 103 of
this article shall not apply to holders of this license
and alcoholic beverages sold under this special license
shall be purchased by such special license holder from
retail dealers].

(3)    In Baltimore County [and Calvert County]
the fee for [such a] THIS license [shall be twenty—five
dollars ($25.00) ] IS $25 per day, except that for any
bona fide religious, fraternal, civic, war veterans',
hospital or charitable organization, the fee for [such a]
THIS license [shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00) ] IS $15.

(4)    IN CALVERT COUNTY THE FEE FOR THIS
LICENSE IS $25 PER DAY, EXCEPT THAT FOR ANY BONA FIDE
RELIGIOUS, FRATERNAL, CIVIC, WAR VETERANS', HOSPITAL OR
CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, THE FEE FOR THE LICENSE IS $15.

(5)    IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY THE FEE IS $25
PER DAY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Anne Arundel County - Alcoholic Beverages
AA 329-76

FOR the purpose of creating a Class H (on-sale only),
beer and light wine license in Anne Arundel County;
providing for the annual fee for that license; and
including Anne Arundel County in a certain Class H
restriction; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
