SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act shall not be construed to extend
or apply to the salary of the Board of License
Commissioners in office on the effective date of this
Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the salary
of the Board of License Commissioners shall take effect
at the beginning of the next following term of office.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks

FOR the purpose of providing for certain standards
regarding mobile 'homes and mobile home parks;
providing for disclosure of certain information;
imposing limitations on leasing premises;
prohibiting a gratuity which promotes
discrimination; establishing restrictions on
installation of certain appliances and the making of
certain improvements; imposing notice requirements
in certain instances; limiting collection of late
payment fees; prohibiting certain practices
regarding purchases or sales of certain items,
including mobile homes, and limiting collection of
certain commissions; making waiver of the Title
void; providing for enforcement of the Title;
specifying a penalty for violation of the Title;
providing for a short Title; defining certain terms;
and generally pertaining to the mobile homes and
mobile home parks.

Section 8A-101 through 8A-114, inclusive, to be

under the new title "Title 8A. Mobile Home

Parks"
