(5) Nurse clinician—M.S. in nursing or
[M.P. H.] M.P.H.;
(6) Nurse clinician—Registered nurse.

(a) The Board shall have the following powers and
duties:
(12) To [adapt] ADOPT and, from time to time,
revise rules and regulations not inconsistent with the
law, as are necessary to enable it to carry into effect
the provisions of this subtitle.
(d) The Board shall meet annually in May and shall
elect from its members a president and a secretary who
shall also be the treasurer. It shall hold other
meetings during the year necessary to transact its
business or as requested by the Secretary of Health and
Mental Hygiene. Five members of the Board including one
officer shall constitute a quorum at any meeting. The
secretary-treasurer of the Board shall keep a record of
all its meetings and a register of the names of all
nurses licensed under this subtitle which shall be open
to public inspection with adequate restrictions for its
safekeeping. He shall give bond in the sum of $2,000 to
the State and shall be responsible for collecting any
funds of the Board, and shall also be responsible for
certifying the expenses of the members to the State for
reimbursement. All moneys collected by the Board shall
be paid over to the State Treasurer, and shall become
general funds of the State. These moneys shall be
disbursed by the Comptroller only pursuant to an
appropriation made in accordance with §§ 32 and 52 of
Article 3 of the Constitution or pursuant to the
provisions of §§ 1 through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A
of the Code, title "Budget and [Procurement] FISCAL
PLANNING," as amended from time to time.

An owner of A barbershop shall obtain a license and
shall pay an annual license fee for each barbershop
location owned.
