the same time more than two journeyman barbers for each
qualified barber employed. Any barber who desires to
train journeymen must first qualify as provided for
teachers in barber schools under § [319A] 318 of this
subtitle.

Out of the funds coming into the possession of said
Board, each member thereof attending the meetings for
examination and registration may receive as compensation
the sum of ten dollars for each applicant that may be
examined; and, further, each member may receive as
compensation a sum to be determined by said Board which
shall not exceed twenty—five dollars for each day
actually engaged in the necessary duties of his office
and traveling expenses of such member incident to
attending said meetings of the Board. In addition to any
amounts which may be allowed by way of per diem and
traveling expenses, as above provided, all hotel and
incidental expenses which any member may incur when
attending to the necessary duties of his office shall be
allowed to such member. Members shall be reimbursed in
accordance with the standard travel regulations. All
moneys collected under this subtitle shall be paid over
to the State Treasurer, and shall become general funds of
the State. Such moneys shall thereafter be disbursed by
the Comptroller only pursuant to an appropriation made in
accordance with §§ 32 and 52 of Article 3 of the
Constitution or pursuant to the provisions of §§ 1
through 15, inclusive, of Article 15A of this Code, title
"Budget and [Procurement] FISCAL PLANNING," as amended
from time to time.

(b) 4. In addition, every county plan shall
(viii) Be submitted to official
planning agencies having jurisdiction, including
comprehensive planning agencies with areawide
jurisdiction, if such exist[;], for review as to
consistency with programs of planning for the area[; in].
IN the annual review in Montgomery and Prince George's
counties as set forth in subsection (d) 5 of this
section, the procedures shall be followed as set forth
herein. Review and comments of the Maryland—National
Capital Park and Planning Commission as provided and set
forth in subsection (b) 1 (III) shall be full and
complete compliance with any requirement for review by an
official planning agency as herein required; and

(a) All examination and renewal fees received by
the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners under this
subtitle shall be paid over to the Treasurer, and shall
