(6)    THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MAY

EMPLOY THE PERSONNEL NECESSARY TO ENABLE THE BOARD TO
PROPERLY PERFORM ITS BUSINESS.

(7)    THE CHAIRMAN, MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES OF
THE BOARD SHALL RECEIVE COMPENSATION AS THE STATE BUDGET
PROVIDES. EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD SHALL BE REIMBURSED
FOR HIS EXPENSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STANDARD TRAVEL
REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Aircraft — Registration

FOR the purpose of simplifying the requirements for
registration of certain aircraft in the State by
enabling the State Aviation Administration to adopt
rules and regulations that exempt certain aircraft
and provide for the procedures for registration and
to establish an annual registration fee within
certain limits; providing for seizure of
unregistered aircraft; and generally relating to the
registration of aircraft in the State.
