(c) A Class B license shall authorize the licensee
to drive vehicles of a registered gross weight of more
than [20,000] 25,000 pounds[,] and any vehicle which the
holder of a Class C or D license may drive.

(e) A Class D license shall authorize the licensee
to drive any vehicle except (i) combinations of
vehicles[,]; (ii) trucks with a registered gross weight
of more than [20,000] 25,000 pounds, but not including an
uncoupled truck tractor[ , ]; (iii) buses; and (iv)
motorcycles.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

FOR the purpose of authorizing holders of Class B, C, and
D licenses to tow certain pole trailers.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 6-102.2(g) of Article 66 1/2 -
Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

(g) Subject to the provisions of this article,
nothing in the section shall prevent the holders of Class
B, C, or D licenses from operating the types of vehicles
which they are licensed to operate and to which is
