Annotated Code of Maryland

(1970 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3-816 of Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle
Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle Laws

3-816.

Each year a fee of [$70.00] $70 shall be paid for
the first [2 sets of] registration [plates] PLATE issued
to each transporter of vehicles for use on transported
vehicles[, ] and a fee of [$15.00] $15 SHALL BE PAID for
each additional [set of] registration [plates] PLATE
issued for [such] THAT purpose to a transporter.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
