Amendment No. 1 —

In lines 54 through the unnumbered line following
line 55 on page 1 of the printed bill, strike everything
beginning with the word "authorizing" in line 54 down to
and including the word "disability;" in the unnumbered
line following line 55.

Amendment No. 2 —

In line 600 on page 14 of the printed till after the
numeral "12F—1", insert the word "and"; and in the same
line strike the words "and 12F—3".

Amendment No. 3 —

In line 621 on page 14 of the printed bill, after
the word "OLDER" add the words "OR WHO IS LESS THAN AGE
60 AND IS FOUND TO BE TOTALLY AND PERMANENTLY DISABLED
UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, RAILROAD
RETIREMENT ACT, OR UNDER ANY OTHER FEDERAL RETIREMENT
SYSTEM OR UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF FEDERAL ACTS FOR
MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES".

Amendment No. 4 —

In line 679 on page 15 of the printed bill, strike
the amount "$750" and insert in lieu thereof the amount
"$600".

Amendment No. 5 —

Strike in their entirety lines 785 through the
second unnumbered line following line 910 on pages 18
through 20 of the printed bill.
