72) Part parcel or Tract of Land Called the Addition Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called the Moses Purchase Also all that Tract of Land called Slade's hope Also all that tract of Land called fullers Luck Also all that Tract of Land Called Deep Creek Point All which said Several parts parcels and Tracts of Land are situate Lying and being on the North side of Severn River in Anne Arundel County in the State aforesaid Also all that Tract of Land Called Gardners Garden Also the Addition to Gardners garden Also all that Tract of Land Called Thackers Chance Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called Joshuas Folly Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called Joshuas Grove Also all that Tract of Land Called Tuckers Delight Also the Addition to Tuckers Delight Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called Gardner's Mill Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called Bowdens Folly Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land Called Joshuas Addition and Also all that part parcel or Tract of Land or part of a Tract of Land Called Yates's Contrivance All which Last mentioned Eleven parts parcels or Tracts of Land are Situate lying and being on the South side of Patapsco Falls in Anne Arundel County aforesaid Together with all Rights profits Benefits priviledges advantages Appurtenances and Improvements thereon Erected and made and thereunto belonging To have and to hold the aforesaid parts parcels and Tracts of Land Hereditaments and premises with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper use and Behoof of the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for none other use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said David Gist doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise and agree to and with the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns that he the said David Gist and his Heirs the aforesaid parts parcels and Tracts of Land Hereditaments and premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns from and against him the said David Gist his Heirs and Assigns and of from & against all persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim by from or under him the said David Gist or his Heirs shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these presents And the said David Gist and his Heirs shall and will at the Reasonable Request Costs and Charges in the Law of him the said Thomas Cockey at any time hereafter make do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause and procure to be made done Acknowledged suffered and Executed all such furth and other Act and acts Thing and things Devices Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect assuring and sure making all and singular the said parts parcels and Tracts of Land Hereditaments and premisses with the appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Cockey his Heirs and Assigns as by his or their Council learned in the Law shall be reasonable Devised or Advised and Required according to the true Intent and Meaning hereof In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year above Written David Gist (seal) Sealed and Delivered John Moale In the presence of David Sutherland On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit Rece.d the day and year within Written by me the within named David Gist of and from |
