       and thereof and therefrom and of and from every part and parcel thereof doth hereby acquit
       release exonerate and discharge the said Robert Morris Esquire party hereto his Executors
       Administrators and every of them he the said William Paca Esquire party hereto hath granted
       bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirm'd  And by these presents doth grant bargain
       sell alien release enfeoff and confirm unto the said Robert Morris Esquire party hereto his heirs
       and assigns for ever all those several Tracts or parcels of Land called Swan Harbour and Paca's
       Bit lying and being in Harford County containing by estimation seven hundred and thirteen
       Acres and all Edifices buildings Orchards fences advantages improvements and appurtenances
       whatsoever to the hereby bargained and sold premises or meant mentioned or intended so to
       be and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and profits of them ^and every of them^
       and of every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate right title Interest Use trust property
       possession claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William Paca Esq.r party tot these
       presents of in to or out of the aforesaid premises and appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof
       to have and to hold the aforesaid Tracts or parcels of Land hereby bargained and sold or meant
       or intended so to be and all and singular the premises above mentioned and every part thereof
       with the appurtenances unto the said Robert Morris Esq.r party hereto his heirs and Assigns
       to and for the only proper use and behoof of the said Robert Morris Esq.r party to these
       presents his heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have interchangeably affix'd their hands
       and Seals the day & year first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in                                    W.m Paca   (Seal)

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Received the day and year first within of and from Robert Morris Esquire within
       named party to these presents the Sum of forty thousand pounds Continental Current   40000
       Money in full for the Consideration money within mentioned to be by him paid
       to me                                                                                W.m Paca
       Witnesses   Leo Winder
                         H Hardman

                Maryland   Then came before the Subscriber one of the Judges of the General
       Court the within named William Paca Esquire party to the within Deed and acknowledged
       the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and premises
       thereby bargained and sold to be the right and Estate of the said Robert Morris Esq.r
       party thereto his heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning
       thereof
