       Sixty eight, forty six, ninety two, one hundred and four, Two hundred and
       twenty, and two hundred and Nineteen, except such parts thereof as have
       heretofore been conveyed to David McMechen and William Hammond
       Together with the buildings Erections and Improvements rights members
       and appurtenances Emoluments and Advantages to the same belonging
       or in any wise appertaining  To have and to hold the said Lotts parts of
       Lotts of Ground and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas
       Dorsey John Dorsey and Samuel Chase their Executors administrators and
       assigns from the date hereof for during and untill the full end and Term
       of Ninety Nine years thence next ensuing and fully to be complete and
       ended Yielding and paying therefor yearly and every year unto the said
       Charles Ridgely his Heirs or Assigns the annual Rent or sum of Ninety
       one pounds fourteen Shillings and nine pence Specie Current Money of
       Maryland after the rate of Seven Shillings and Six pence for one Spanish
       Milled Dollar on the first day of August in Each Year during the Continuance
       of this Demise free and acquitted from any Deduction Assessment Duties
       or Dues already or hereafter to be taxed charged assessed or imposed upon
       the said Demised premises or any part thereof  And if it shall happen
       that the said yearly Rent or sum of Ninety one pounds fourteen Shillings
       and nine pence shall be in arrear and unpaid by the space of sixty days
       next after the time on which the above is reserved to be paid the same being
       first lawfully demanded that then it shall and may be Lawful to and for
       the said Charles Ridgely his heirs or assigns into the said Demised or any
       part thereof in the name of the whole to re-enter and same to have again
       repossess and enjoy as in his or their former Estate untill all such arrearages
       of Rent with legal Interest therefor and all costs charges and expences
       incurred by the said Charles Ridgely his Heirs or assigns by reason of the
       Nonpayment of the said Rent shall be fully paid and satisfied or make
       Distress therefor at his or their option  And the said Thomas Dorsey John
       Dorsey and Samuel Chase do hereby for themselves their Executors Administrators
       and assigns covenant and agree with the said Charles Ridgely his heirs and
       assigns well and truly to pay the said Yearly Rent a sum of Ninety one pounds
       fourteen shillings and nine pence at the time above limitted for the payment
       of the same  And moreover that they the said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey and
       Samuel Chase their Executors Administrators and assigns shall and will
       from time to time and at all times hereafter during the Continuance of this
       Demise well and truly pay or cause to be paid all Taxes Charges Assessments
       Dues and Duties which now are or hereafter may be Taxed charged
