                                           This Deed Charged last in the Year 1785

          This Indenture made the sixteenth day of August in the year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty five  Between Charles Ridgely
       son of John of Baltimore County Gentleman of the one part and Thomas Dorsey
       John Dorsey and Samuel Chase Gentlemen of the other part  Witnesseth that the
       said Charles Ridgely for and in consideration of the payment of the Rent and
       performance of the Covenants and clauses herein after mentioned on the part of
       the said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey and Samuel Chase their Executors
       Administrators and assigns to be paid and performed  Hath Demised Leased
       and to farm letten and by these presents Doth Demise Lease and to farm Lett
       unto the said Thomas Dorsey John Dorsey and Samuel Chase their Executors
       Administrators and assigns all those Lotts or parcels of Ground situate lying     
       and being in Ridgelys New Adition To Baltimore Town known
       and distinguished on a platt thereof by the numbers, Twenty one, two hundred and

       and fifty seven, one hundred and forty one, forty seven, two hundred and seventy
       Nine, Two hundred and sixty one, Two hundred and forty four, Three hundred

       Two hundred and Eighty, twenty two, two hundred and seven, Two hundred
       and Six, one hundred and Ninety one, one hundred and ninety, one hundred
       and seventy five, one hundred and fifty Nine, one hundred and fifty eight, one
       hundred and forty three, one hundred and forty two, Three hundred and thirty,
       Three hundred and fourteen, Two hundred and sixty two, Two hundred and forty
       five, Two hundred and twenty six, Two hundred and twenty five, Two hundred
