          This Indenture made this Eightheenth day of February in the year
       of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Six  Between Edward
       Dorsey Son of Jn.o of Baltimore County of the one part and John Eager Howard
       of same County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Dorsey for and
       in consideration of the sum of three thousand two hundred and thirty eight pounds
       seventeen shillings and six pence Current Money to him in hand paid by the said
       John Eager Howard the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and himself ther
       with to be fully satisfied and paid  Hath granted Bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell
       alien enfeoff and confirm unto the said John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns
       all those two tracts or parcels of Land situate and lying in Anne Arundel County
       to wit  The Mistake originally granted on the twenty sixth day of November
       one thousand seven hundred and twenty six to a certain Daniel Carroll for
       five hundred Acres of Land  Begining at a bounded white oak being the begining
       Tree of a Tract of parcel of Land called Ranters Ridge originally surveyed
       for a certain Thomas Brown and all that Tract or parcel of Land called the
       Dispute Ended containing two hundred acres which begins at a bounded white
       oak the original begining Tree of a Tract of Land called Jacks Peacok which adjoins
       the aforesaid Tract of Land called the Mistake Except such part of the said Tract or
       parcel of Land called the Mistake as was heretofore sold by a certain Nathan Dorsey
       to a certain James Cord his heirs and assigns for ever which contains by admeasurement
       the Quantity of fifty acres more or less together with all buildings improvements
       Advantages and emoluments to the said Lands and premises belonging or in any
       wise appurtaining and all his the said Edward Dorseys Right title Interest claim
       and Demand whatsoever and the Reversion Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and profits of in and to the same To have and To hold the said parcel
       of Land and Premises with all and every of the appurtenances unto him the said
       John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns forever and all his the said Edward
       Dorseys Right TItle Interest property claim and Demand whatsoever of in and
       the same to the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Eager Howard
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said Edward Dorsey for himself his
       Executors Administrators and assigns doth covenant and agree with the said
       John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns that he the said Edward Dorsey and
       his heirs shall and will when ever thereto required at the proper cost and charge
       of him the said John Eager Howard his heirs and ^or^ assigns make do and Execute
       or cause to be made done and Executed any other Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for
       the more effectual conveyance of the aforesaid Land and premises to the said
       John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns for ever  And the said Edward Dorsey
       for himself his Heirs and Assigns doth hereby covenant and promise to and with
       the said John Eager Howard his heirs and assigns that he the said Edward Dorsey
