       any way appertaining and the revesion and reversions remainder and
       Remainders rents Issues and profits thereof and also all the Estate right
       Title Interest use trust property claim and demand whatsoever of him
       the said Philip Shoale of in to or out of the said Tract piece or parcel of Land
       called Hoods fine soil Forrest and the premisses with the appurtenances
       To have and To hold the said Tract or piece or parcel of Land and premisses
       with the appurtenances unto him the said David Shoale his heirs and assigns
       for ever to and for the only proper use and behoof of him the said David Shoale
       his Heirs and assigns and to or for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
       and the said Philip Sho^a^le for the better assuring to the said David Shoale
       his heirs and assigns the above mentioned Land and premisses do here by
       covenant grant agree to and with the said David Shoale that he will at
       any time hereafter at the proper costs and charges of the said David Shoale      
       or his heirs or assigns make and execute any further Deed or conveyance
       that he shall be reasonably advised devised or required by his Council
       Learned in the Law  In Witness whereof he the said Philip Shoale
       hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year first
       above written
       Signed Sealed and
       Delivered in presence of                           Philip Shoale      (seal)

                               On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written (Viz.t)

                   Received on the day and year first within mentioned from the within
       named David Shoale the sum of Three hundred Pounds of good and Lawful
       Current Money of the State of Maryland being the consideration within
       mentioned to be by him paid to me Witness my hand

                   Maryland On the 28.th day of November in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and eighty five came before me one of the Judges
       of the General Court the within Named Philip Shoale and acknowledged the
       within Indenture and Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land
       and premisses therein mentioned and particularly specified to be the right and
       Estate of the within Named David Shoale his heirs and assigns for ever according
       to the true Intent and meaning of the within Deed At the same time came
       Elizabeth the wife of the above named Philip Shoale and being by us
       privately examined out of the hearing of her said Husband did freely
