       Such of the Lands Negroes Stock and Utensils to the Saw forge appurtaining as the Said Thomas
       Russel thought necessary for Carrying on the Same in the following manner to wit  The
       forge and Other Buildings with the Tract of Land Called Vulcans delight Containing One hundred
       and Fifty Acres  On which the Said Buildings Stand Fifteen hundred Pounds  The Tract
       of Land Called Geefarrison Containing by patent Five thousand seven hundred & forty three
       Acres in General very poor at Seven shillings and Six per Acre Two thousand One hundred
       and fifty three Pounds Twelve Shillings and Six pence Leased Lands One Tract Containing
       One hundred and Twenty Acres One other Tract twenty Acres and Other Tract
       Three hundred and Sixty acres at ten Shillings Per Acre two hundred and fifty Pounds
       Negroes  George Pompey Alexander Marlbro Hammond Dick Peter Hazard Ben
       Jacob Joseph Crawfurd Phebe James Joseph Harry Eleanor Benjamin Samuel
       Toney William Harriot Sarah London Rose Mark Hagar Nancy Thomas
       Prince Rachel and Seipio Thirteen hundred and fifty six Pounds five Shillings Two
       Ordinary teams five horses Each one hundred and Sixty Pounds Two Old Coal Waggons
       Twenty five Pounds two Steers ten Pounds Forty Sheep Fifteen Pounds Two Old Ordinary
       Carts and Timber Carriage Fifteen Pounds Ox Cart Seven Pounds ten Shillings
       Six Old Wheel Barrows Two Sows one Shoat and three Pigs three Pounds an Ordinary
       Cow Two Pounds ten Shillings Five Lanall Horses Thirty Pounds Houshold furniture
       Ten Pounds Blacksmiths tools twelve pounds ten Shillings  And whereas the
       Said Commissioners to preserve Confiscated British Property are required by the Act before
       Recited to Lay off to the Said Thomas Russel the Said forge Lands negroes Stock and
       Utensils So assigned to him and valued by the Said Archibald Job Thomas May
       and Stephen Hyland and to Convey the right of the State of Maryland therein
       to the Said Thomas Russel his heirs and assigns forever  Now this Indenture witnesseth
       That the Said Nathaniel Ramsey and Clement Hollyday in Compliance
       with the Direction of the Act aforesaid and for and in Consideration of the Sum of
       Five thousand five hundred and fifty Pounds Seven Shillings and Six pence Current money
       of Maryland the amount of the valuation of the Said forge Lands Negroes Stock & Utensils
       Assigned to and laid ^off^ for the Said Thomas Russel in manner aforesaid have
       Granted Bargained Sold ^Aliened^ Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents the said Nathaniel
       Ramsey and Clement Hollyday do grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and
       Confirm unto him the Said Thomas Russel his heirs and Assigns forever  The Said
       Forge in Cecil County The Several Tracts of Land Called Vulcans delight Containing
       One hundred and fifty Acres of Land Gessarison Containing five Thousand
       Seven Hundred and Forty three Acres and the Leased Lands ^one tract^ Containing One hundred
       and Twenty Acres One Other Tract Containing Twenty acres and One
       Other Tract Containing Containing three hundred and Sixty Acres all
