       John Stewart Chilton and the reversion and remainder of the said part of the said Tract
       of Land hereby granted with all and every of the profits members and appurtenances to
       the said part belonging or which may hereafter belong except the rent to grow due and
       payable for the same for the present year which the said John Hoskins Stone reserves
       to and for himself  To have and to hold the said part of the said Tract of Land
       called Watson's purchase according and agreable to the metes and bounds aforesaid
       with all and every of its appurtenances except the rent to grown due for the present
       year as aforesaid excepted unto the said Robert Hanson Harrison his heirs and
       assigns for ever in Fee Simple to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Robert
       Hanson Harrison his Heirs and assigns for ever  And the said John Hoskins Stone
       doth hereby coven^ant^ and grant for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators to
       and with the said Robert Hanson Harrison his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said John Hoskins Stone is now seised of a good sure perfect absolute and indefeasible
       Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple of and in the said part of the said Tract
       of Land called Watson's purchase lying and contained within its metes and bounds
       as aforesaid and that the said Robert Hanson Harrison his heirs and assigns and
       every of them shall or Lawfully may from time to time and at all times hereafter
       have hold use occupy possess and enjoy all and every part and parcel of the said part
       of the said Tract of Land called Watsons purchase hereby granted which lies and
       is contained within its metes and bounds aforesaid with all and every of its appurtenances
       without any manner of let suit trouble vexation eviction disturbance or molestation
       whatsoever of or by the said John Hoskins Stone his heirs or assigns or any
       other person or persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the said part of
       the said Tract of Land called Watson's purchase or any part or parcel of the said
       part lying and contained within its metes and bounds aforesaid  In Witness
       whereof he the said John Hoskins Stone hath hereunto set his hand and seal on the
       day and year in this Indenture first above written
