             Baltimore County Ss.t  On the 11.th day of May 1785 Before us the
       Subscribers two Justices of the peace for the County aforesaid came the parties
       to the within Indenture of Lease and severally acknowledged the same to be
       their Act and Deed according to the true intent and meaning of these presents

                                                                                     John Moale

                Baltimore County to wit
                                                       I hereby Certify to all whom it doth or may
       concern that Peter Shepherd and John Moale Gentlemen before whom the
       above Acknowledgement was taken and who hath thereto subscribed their Names
       were at the time of taken and subscribing the same and still are two Justices of
       the peace in and for the County aforesaid and to all certificates by them given
       as such due faith and credit is and ought to be given as well in courts of Justice
       as thereout
                            In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
             County             the Seal of my Office this twenty fifth day of May seventeen

                   State of Maryland
                                                 Know all men by these presents that we
       William Robertson George Robertson & T S Wootton are held and firmly bound unto the
       State of Maryland in the full and just sum of Two thousand pounds Current Money
       to the payment of which said sum we bind ourselves and each of us our and every of
       our heirs Executors and Administrators in the whole and for the whole jointly and
       severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this twenty
       fifth day of January 1783
                                                       The Condition of the above obligation is such
       that if the above Named William Robertson receiver of Specifics in Montgomery
       County do well and faithfully Execute and perform the several duties required
       of him by the Act entitled an Act to raise the Supplies for the Year 1783 then the
       above obligation to be void else to stand and remain in full force and Virtue
