Delivered  
          This Indenture made the twenty Seventh day of
       May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five
       Between Thomas Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the one part
       and Thomas Usher of the County of Baltimore Merchant of the other part
       Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of Thre thousand six hundred
       Pounds Current Money to him the said Thomas Dorsey by the said Thomas
       Usher in hand paid at or before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
       the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Thomas Dorsey hath
       granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these
       Presents Doth grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said
       Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns  All That Part of a Tract of Land
       Situate lying and being in Frederick County called and known by the Name of
       the Re Survey on part of Woods Lot contained within the Metes Bounds
       Courses and Distances following (that is to say) Beginning for the same at
       the End of the thirteenth line of a Tract of Land called the Re Survey on part of
       Woods Lott and running thence South forty three Degrees west Seventy Perches
       South Seven Degrees East eighty six perches to the end of the fourth Course
       of a Tract of Land called Friendship then with said Land the two following
       courses to wit South forty three Degrees west two hundred and twenty three  
       perches South twenty three Degrees west fifty one perches North Seventy
       two Degrees and an half west Sixty two Perches to the second course of the
       Land called the Request then reverse of the said Course North Sixty five
       Perches to the beginning of the said Course South forty seven Degrees West
       one hundred and thirty perches to the end of the Nineteenth Course of
       Woods Lot then with said Land South forty seven Degrees west Sixty
       Perches North seventy six Degrees west twenty Perches South sixty four
       Degrees west eighteen Perches to the second line of a Tract of Land called
       Dearbaught then reverse of the said Line North Seven Degrees West one
       hundred and sixteen Perches North sixteen Degrees East forty six perches
       to intersect the twenty second Line of Woods Lott forty four perches from the
       end of the Line then with the said Line North seven Degrees west forty four
       perches to the end of the line then North forty one Degrees and a half East
       thirty six perches North one Degree west one hundred and six perches
       North sixty two Degrees East thirty perches South thirty four Degrees East
       Eighty Perches North fifty two Degrees East two hundred and Eight perches
       North forty Nine Degrees West thirty eight Perches North eight Degrees East
       one hundred and two Perches west Seventy five perches North thirty five
       Degrees East sixty two perches North Seventy Degrees East twenty perches
       South thirty Degrees East Sixty perches North twenty six Degrees East
       thirty two perches South Eighty six Degrees and one Quarter East fifty three
       Perches to intersect the twenty Ninth course of Woods Lott twenty two perches
