402 From the end of the said Line thence North Nineteen Degrees west twenty two perches North fifty seven Degrees East one hundred and six perches South fifty one Degrees East forty perches North Seventy Degrees East forty six perches South eighteen Degrees west one hundred and three perches South sixty five Degrees and an half west Sixty eight Perches to the end of the twenty seventh line of Woods Lott then with a straight line to the beginning containing and laid out for Nine hundred and thirty seven Acres of Land And also all that part of a Tract of Land called The Request contained within the Metes Bounds courses and distances following that is to say Beginning for the same at the end of the Nineteenth line of a Tract of Land called Woods Inclosure but properly Woods Lott and running from thence North forty seven Degrees East one hundred and thirty perches South one hundred and sixty perches South sixty eight Degrees West Ninety two perches South thirty Degrees west thirty perches South sixty Nine Degrees East one hundred and sixty three perches South forty six Degrees forty Minutes west one hundred and thirty Nine perches across the Land to intersect the eighth course of said Land sixty three perches on the said Line then North sixty Nine Degrees west Ninety five perches North Nineteen Degrees west one hundred and thirty perches North eighty three perches North sixty nine Degrees East forty perches then by a straight line to the begining containing two hundred and sixty three acres clear of Elder Surveys Together with all Buildings Erections and Improvements thereon made ways Roads alleys waters water Courses Trees woods underwoods Priviledges advantages Rights Members and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof And all the Estate Right Title Trust and Interest property claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in Equity of him the said Thomas Dorsey therein or thereto To Have and To Hold the said Parts of Tracts of Land and premises hereby granted and conveyed with the appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behooff of him the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns for Ever And the said Thomas Dorsey doth hereby for him and his Heirs the said parts of Tracts of Land and premises hereby granted and conveyed with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Usher and his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Thomas Dorsey and his Heirs and Assigns all and every person and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents And moreover the said Thomas Dorsey doth herby for himself his Executors and Administrators Covenant promise grant |
