       and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said William Chew doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and thereupon doth acquit and discharge the said
       John Weems his Heirs Executors and Administrators hath granted given bargained
       sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and he the said William Chew for
       himself and his Heirs by these presents doth give grant bargain sell alien
       enfeoff release and confirm unto him the said John Weems all those several Tracts
       and parcels of Land situate lying and being in Anne Arundel County in the State
       aforesaid called Dinahs Beaver Dams Hollaways Increase Fords Folly and Locheden
       being a resurvey on the above mentioned three tracts and all that part of a tract of
       Land called Padgett lying in the County aforesaid which did formerly belonging to Lector
       William Loch  Together with all Houses buildings gardens Orchards ways waters
       water courses Woods under woods priviledges advantages improvements and
       appurtenances whatsoever to the said several Tracts and parcel of Land belonging
       or in any wise appertaining and      all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       trust possession property Claim and demand whatsoever in Law and ^in^ Equity of him
       the said William Chew of in or to the said several Tracts and Parcel of Land
       all of them and other the Premisses with the Appurtenances  To have and to hold
       the said several tracts and parcel of Land and each and Every of them with
       their and Each and every of their rights members and appurtenances to him the
       said John Weems his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of
       him the said John Weems his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said William Chew for himself his
       Heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with
       the said John Weems his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he
       the said William Chew the said several Tracts and parcels of Land and each
       each of their Appurtenances against him the said William and his Heirs and
       all Persons whatsoever Claiming by and from the said William Chew and his
       Heirs to him the said John Weems his Heirs and Assigns will warrant and for
       ever defend by these presents  In Witness whereof the said William Chew hath
       hereunto set his Hand and Seal                     the         Day and Year first above written
