356 in the State of Pennsylvania and elsewhere and also all and singular the Goods Chattels Rights Credits and personal Estate and Property whatsoever Wheresoever of the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle Clement Biddle & Company & Clement Biddle & Company & Rodolph Tellier so far as the same is under the Disposal of Clement Biddle and Company To have and to hold all & singular the Premisses to the said William Pollard Charles Pottit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay their Heirs and Assigns in Trust nevertheless that they the said William Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer & John Barclay shall sell and Dispose of All and Singular the Estates Goods Chattels Rights and Credits aforesaid and Make Distribution of the Proceeds thereof to and amongst the Several Creditors of the said Clement Biddle & John Biddle Clement Biddle & Company & Clement Biddle and Company and Rodolph Tellier in due and rateable Proportion to the just Demands of the aforesaid Creditors severally & respectively so far as the said Proceeds shall extend; and on this farther Trust that the aforesaid Assignees in Trust shall return the overplus if any there shold be after fully Paying the said several demands of the aforesaid Creditors and all Reasonable Charges Attending the Execution of this Trust to the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle their Executors Administrators or Assigns And the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle do hereby covenant and agree that they Will at The Request of the aforesaid Assignees in Trust Make and Execute such farther Deed or Deeds and other Conveyances as the said Assignees in Trust or the Major part of them shall require for the more full and Perfect conveyance and assurance of the Premisses or of any Part thereof to the said William Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay for the uses aforesaid whenever they the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle shall be thereunto Required Done the 28.th Feb 1785 Clement Biddle (seal) Mem John Biddle (seal) Part of the third & fourth lines were obliterated, and the words "occasionally by & under the" interlined in Lieu thereof and the word "all" interlined between the third & fourth Lines of the second page before Signing Sealed & delivered in Presence of Rob.t Gilchrist George A Baker |
