       and Rodolph Teller allowing him the said Clement Biddle such consideration or sum
       of money As to them the said Trustees shall seem just and reasonable for his Time
       Labour Services and Application to that Business together with the necessary
       Expences of Clerk or Clerks and such other Expences as may Necessarily attend
       such Settlement and Adjustment  And lastly that they the said Clement Biddle
       their Heirs Executors and Administrators respectively shall and will at all
       Times hereafter upon the reasonable Request and at the proper Costs and charges
       in the Law of the said William Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer
       and John Barclay or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs or Assigns of
       such survivor Make do execute Acknowledge and Deliver all and every such
       further and other Reasonable Act and Acts Deed or Deeds Device or Devices in
       the Law whatsoever for the further better and more Perfect and Effectual securing
       settling assuring and confirming all and singular the Hereditaments and
       other the Premisses hereby granted and Assigned unto the said William Pollard
       Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay and the Survivors
       and Survivor of them and the Heirs and Assigns of such Survivor for the Uses
       Intents Trusts and Purposes aforesaid As by him them or any or either
       of them or by their or any of their Council learned in the Laws shall be
       Reasonably devised or advised and required  In Witness whereof the
       said Parties have to these Presents contained on three pieces of Parchment
       annexed interchangably Set their Hands and Seals Dated the Day and
       year first above Written
