351 Jointly or in either of their Names Severally and for the uses and Purposes aforesaid to ask demand sue for levy recover and receive of and from all and every person or Persons Whomsoever All or any and every Part of the Goods, Chattels, Wares Merchandizes, Books, Bonds, Bills, Notes, Sum and Sums of Money, Debts, Rights Credits and Effects or other the Premises hereby Granted, assigned and Set over or Mentioned so to be And upon the Receipt of any such Sum or Sums of Money to give good Sufficient and effectual Discharges for the same in as full and ample a Manner as they the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle or either of them might or Could do if they were Personally Present to do the same And attornies one or more under them the said William Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay or the Survivors or Survivor of them to make and Substitute for the Purposes aforesaid and again at pleasure to revoke; hereby Ratifying and Confirming all and Whatsoever their said Attornies shall Lawfully do and Execute or Procure to be done and Executed in and about the Premisses by virtue hereof nd the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle for Themselves and each of them for their several and Respective Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said William Pollard Charles Pottit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay and the Survivors or Survivor of them and the Heirs and Assigns of such Survivor in manner following that is to say that they the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle Shall not nor Neither of them will discontinue release or discharge any Debt Sum or Sums of Money or other the Premisses hereby Granted and Assigned but shall and will Avow Justify support and Maintain all Lawful suits and actions to be commenced or Prosecuted for the Recovery of the Premisses or any part thereof And that the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle or one of them shall and will readily and Willingly give and Grant all necessary information in the Premisses for the more speedy determination of the Trust aforesaid And that the said Trustees or a Majority of them shall and may if they see fit in their Discretion employ the said Clement Biddle in the Settlement of the Books and Accounts of the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle and Clement Biddle and Company and John Biddle and Clement Biddle and Company and Clement Biddle and Company (and) |
