       Each of them of such Dividend of the Debts Dues and demands to them and each of
       them the said Creditors Owing and Payable then and in Such Case that they the said
       William Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay or the
       Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs or Assigns of such Survivor or a majority
       of them the said Trustees shall not pay such refusing Creditor or Creditors any
       Share Part or Proportion but shall and will well and truly Pay or Cause to be Paid
       unto the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle the rateable share Dividend and
       Proportion of the money aforesaid which otherwise by the True Intent and Meaning
       of these Presents would have been paid or payable to such Creditor or Creditors
       in case they had given such releases as aforesaid and the Receipt of the said
       Clement Biddle and John Biddle shall then be a final and full Discharge
       to the said Trustees and every of them for the same  And further that if the
       Monies so to be raised as before mentioned shall be more that Sufficient to Pay and
       Satisfy the Debts owing by the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle and Clement
       Biddle and and Company and Clement Biddle and Company and Rudolph Tellier
       at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents  Then the said William
       Pollard Charles Pettit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay or the Survivors
       or Survivor of them or the Heirs or Assigns of such survivor shall and will Well and
       Truly pay to the said Clement Biddle and John Biddle their Executors Administrators
       and Assigns the full amount of such Remainder or Overplus  And the said
       Clement Biddle and John Biddle the better to enable the said William Pollard
       Charles Pettit James Crawford James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay
       or the Survivors or Survivor of them or the Heirs or Assigns of such Surviver to
       Execute fulfill and Perform the Trust and Purposes aforesaid do by these presents
       Jointly and Severally Nominate Constitute and Appoint Them the said William
       Pollard Charles Pottit James Crawford Jacob Spicer and John Barclay
       and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Heirs and Assigns of Such
       survivor their and each of their True and Lawful Attorney and Attorneys Irrevocable
       for them the said Clement and John Biddle and in their Names
