329 Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits with the Premises and Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land called Wells & little Wells and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Richard Chew his Heirs and assigns forever to the only use and behoof of him the said Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said John Birkhead and Ann his Wife for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators do hereby covenant grant and agree to and with the said Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns forever that they the said John Birkhead and Ann his Wife their Heirs Executors or Administrators the said Part of the Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with all and every its Rights Members and Appurtenances from and against them the said John Birkhead and Ann his Wife and their Heirs and from and against all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever Claiming or to claim from by or under them the said John Birkhead and Ann his Wife or their Heirs shall and will Warrant and forever Defend In Witness whereof the said ^John^ Birkhead and Ann his Wife have hereunto Set their hands and Seals the day and year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered John Birkhead (seal) In the Presence of her Ann X Birkhead (seal) The word two being first interlined mark between the Seventh an Eighth line word Wells interlined between the fifth and sixth line Richard Harrison Sam.l Harrison Jun.r Maryland fs.t On the twentieth day of December 1781 Came John Birkhead and Ann his Wife before us the Subscribers two of the Justices of Ann Arundel County in the State of Maryland Parties to the above Deed and Acknowledged the same to be their Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses above mentioned to be the right and Estate of him the above named Richard Chew his Heirs and Assigns According to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in Such case made and Provided (Acknowledged before Richard Harrison Sam.l Harrison Jun.r On the twentieth day of December 1781 Received of the within named Richard Chew six hundred Eighteen Pounds three shillings & nine pence being the consideration within mentioned Test John Birkhead Richard Harrison Sam.l Harrison Jun.r 6 sides Recorded the 10.th March 1785 |
