       Executed by the aforesaid William Paca and Mary his Wife Recorded in the Land Records
       of the Then Secretarys Office Reference thereunto being had will more fully and at Large
       Appear  Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said John Laypold for and
       in Consideration of the sum of Seven hundred fifty Pounds Current Money to him
       in hand Paid The receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge hath Bargained
       and Sold Released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth bargain and sell
       release and confirm unto the said Frederick Grammar his Heirs and Assigns
       forever all that Part of one Lot of Ground purchased by him of William Paca and
       Mary his Wife aforesaid Described Number Fifty by the last Survey made of the City
       of Annapolis Beginning at the End of the North East Line of the said Lot in the Line of
       South East Street and running with the said Street North west fifty three Feet and an half
       then South thirty five Degrees West one hundred and nineteen feet Then south East Fifty
       three feet and an half with a Streight Line to the beginning and the revertion Thereof
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits Thereof and all
       the Houses Buildings and Improvements thereon  And all Benefits and Advantages
       Whatsoever to the said Lot or Parcel of Land Appurtaining and belonging  To have
       and to hold the Premices with the Appurtenances to him the said Frederick
       Grammar his Heirs and Assigns to the only use and Benefit of the sid Fredrick
       Grammar his Heirs and Assigns forever  And to and for no other use Intent or
       Purpose Whatsoever  In Witness whereof the said John Laypold to these Presents
       hath hereunto set his Hand and Seal the Day above written

             R Goldsborough Jun.r         Recorded this 19.th day of February one thousand
       seven hundred and Eighty five of the within named Fredrick Grammar the Sum
       Seven hundred and fifty Pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money
