       sell alien enfeoff release and Confirm unto the said Jeremiah Townly Chase his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever at that Lott of Ground lying in the new Town or Addition to the
       said City of Annapolis in Ann Arundel County Distinguished on the Platt of the said
       new Town or Addition by Number T with the appurtenances and all Improvements
       Priviliges and Profits to the same belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and
       the reversion and reversions Remainder and Remainders and all the Estate Right
       Title Interest and Rents Thereof and every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate
       Right TItle Interest use Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said John Clapham in Law and Equity of in and to the same Lott
       of Ground and Appurtenances and all and every part and parcel Thereof
       To have and to hold the said Lott of Ground with its Rights Members and
       Appurtenances to him the said Jeremiah Townly Chase his Heirs and
       assigns forever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       and the said John Clapham for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth hereby Grant and agree to and with the said Jeremiah Townly Chase
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said John
       Clapham and his Heirs the said Lott of Ground with its rights Members and
       Appurtenances to him the said Jeremiah Townly Chase his Heirs and Assigns
       from and against all Manner of Persons whatsoever claiming by from or
       under him his Heirs or Assigns shall and will Warrant and by these
       Presents hereafter forever Defend  And the said John Clapham doth further
       Covenant and agree with the said Jeremiah Townly Chase his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said John Clapham
       and his Heirs shall and will upon the request and at the Proper Cost and
       Charge of the said Jeremiah Townly Chase his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and ^or^ Assigns make and Execute any other Act or Acts Deed or
       Deeds to the said Jeremiah Townly Chase his Heirs and Assigns forever
       for the more Effectual Conveyance of the said Lott of Ground and
