       last Will and Testament and also in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       Current Money to me in hand Paid  Have granted bargained sold enfeoffed and confirmed
       and by these Presents Do grant bargain sell enfeoff and confirm unto my Mother
       Anna Hammond and my Sisters Anna Labesius Rebecca Hammond Sarah Hammond
       Henrietta Hammond and my Brother Beale Hammond all the Lands of my late Father
       John hammond which he Died possessed of in Baltimore County that were Purchased
       of a Certain Joshua Owens together with all the Buildings Improvements Emoluments
       and Advantages to the said Lands belonging or in any Wise appertaining and the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits  
       thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Lands and
       Premisses with every of the Appurtenances in the Manner and Form following
       to Wit to the said Anna Hammond for and during her Natural Life and no Longer
       and after her Decease one hundred and ninety eight acres Part thereof to be laid off
       adjoining the Great Meadow unto my Brother Beale Hammond his Heirs and
       Assigns forever and to the aforesaid Anna Labesius Rebecca Sarah and Henrietta
       Hammond their Heirs and Assigns forever the Quantity of one hundred Acres
       each only proper Use and Behoof and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose
       Whatsoever and I the said Vachel Hammond for myself my Heirs Executors and
       Administrators do hereby covenant promise and agree with the said Anna Hammond
       Beale Hammond Anna Labesius Rebecca Henrietta and Sarah Hammond their
       Heirs and Assigns and each of them and their Heirs and Assigns that I the said
       Vachel Hammond and my Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter (whenever thereto requested) make do and Execute or cause to
       be made done and executed any Act or Acts Deed or Conveyance in the Land for
       the better and more Effectual Assurance and Confirmation of the said Lands and
       Premisses with every of the Appurtenances unto the said Anna Hammond
       for her Life and to the said Beale Hammond Anna Labesius Rebecca Sarah
       and Henrietta Hammond their Heirs and Assigns forever in the Proportion and
       Quantity above Limitted  In Witness Whereof I the said Vachel Hammond have
       hereto annexed my Hand and Seal this Seventeenth Day of January Seventeen hundred
