       Shillings Sterling Sterling or any Part thereof be behind or unpaid in part or in the
       whole by the space of Six Months next after or over either of the said Days of Payment
       at or on which the same ought to have been paid being first Lawfully Demanded
       that then and thenceforth it shall and may be Lawful to and for the sid Charles
       Carroll of Carrollton his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or any of them
       into the Demised Premises to Enter and Destrain for the said Rent and in Case
       there should not be found on the said Premises Effects to satisfy and discharge the
       Rent thereon Due that then the said Charles Carroll of Carrollton his Heirs Executors  
       Administrators or Assigns  The said ^Demised^ Premisses to repossess hold and
       Enjoy again as his or their first or former Estate  This Indenture or any thing
       therein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding and the said Charles Carroll
       of Carrollton for himse^l^f his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
       and for every of them Doth Covenant Promise Contract and agree to and with
       the said T B Hodgkin and Francis Cracroft their Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns and to and with every of them by these Presents that
       he the said T B Hodgkin & Francis Cracroft their Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns and every of them for and under the yearly rent Covenants
       Clauses and Conditions herein before Expressed on the part and behalf
       of the said T B Hodgkin & Francis Cracroft their Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns to be Paid kept and Performed as aforesaid shall and may
       Peaceably and Quietly have hold use occupy and enjoy the aforesaid Lot Number
       Four for and during the Term of Ninety Nine Years renewable forever aforesaid
       without any Lot Trouble hinderance or Interruption of him the said
       Charles Carroll of Carrollton his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       or any other Person or Persons Claiming or that shall or may Claim under
       him or them or Either of them  In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have Interchangeably Set their hands and Affixed their seals
       the Day and Year above written
