281 his true and Lawful Attorney and Attorneys jointly and severally irrevocable for him the said James Young in his name or otherwise but for the uses intents and Purposes aforesaid to ask demand sue for and by all Lawful ways and means Recover and receive of and from all and every Person or Persons whatsoever all every or any part of the Goods Chattels Debts rights Credits Effects and Personal estate aforesaid hereby Assigned or made over And upon receipt thereof to give sufficient releases Acquittances or other discharges for the same in as full and ample a Manner as the said James Young himself might or could do being Personally present hereby Ratifying confirming and holding for firm and Effectual all and whatsoever his said Attorneys or the survivor of them shall Legally do or cause to be done in the Premises by virtue hereof And the said Charles Young and Joshua Barney do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said James Young as follows That they the said Charles Young and Joshua Barney shall and will keep the Person of the said James Young free from Confinement on account of any of his Debts aforesaid so long as they have any of his Property assigned them to do it with and Consult him on the final Settlement of every of his Accounts and pay him Twelve and half P.r Cent out of the neat Proceeds of any of his Estate real or Personal sold for the necessary Support of himself and and Family and let him have what necessary Articles of Furniture he may want to keep his family together and his Wife her Negro Servants that they the said Charles Young and Joshua Barney shall and will make Quarterly returns and Statements of their proceedings and Sales to his the said James Youngs Creditors and pay such dividends as frequent and soon as Possible consistant with their Trust In Witness Whereof the |
