       and demands Jugments and executions which have been before the day
       day of the date hereof bonafide and without fraud contracted by him the
       said James Young to with and among such Person or Persons Creditor
       or Creditors of him the said James Young and none other as shall be
       willing to and shall well and truly Execute a General release and discharge
       to the said James Young his Heirs Executors and Administrators of
       all Actions Suits Judgments and Causes Thereof Debts dues and Demands
       whatsoever from the beginning of the World to the day of the
       date hereof a due regard being had to all the Debts dues and demands
       which existed or where contracted before the time aforesaid and not in
       Trust for any Other Creditor or Person whatsoever and in Case any
       Creditor or Creditors of the said James Young shall refuse or neglect to
       Execute seal and deliver such General releases as aforesaid on demand
       them in Trust that they the said Charles Young and Joshua Barney
       or the survivor of them and the Heirs Executors and Administrators
       of such Survivor shall deliver and pay the part or share of such
       Creditor who shall so Refute into the hands of him the said James
       Young and upon this further Trust and Confidence that in Case
       the Moneys arising by the Sale or Sales aforesaid shall or may be
       more than sufficient to answer the Purposes aforesaid such overplus
       shall be Paid to the said James Young his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever and the said James Young the better to enable the said
       Charles Young and Joshua Barney and the Survivor of them to do
       Execute fulfill and Perform the uses trusts intents and Purposes
       herein Declared doth hereby nominate constitute and appoint
       them the said Charles Young and Joshua Barney and the survivor
       of them and the Executors and Administrators of such survivor
