       the said Parties have interchangeably set their Hands and Seals hereunto

       Who Acknowledged that before the Execution Thereoff the following
       Interlineations were made Viz.t

       in the second line and Ann his Wife "in the fourth line" and Ann his Wife "in the
       fifth line" and Ann his Wife "& ^in^ the seventh line" as by as s^c^hedule ^of said^ Real
       Estate hereunto annexed may appear Marked N In the eighteenth
       line "Judgment and Executions" in the twentieth line Judgments"
       Thus Executed by James Young Ann Young and Charles Young in
       Presence of Richard Renshaw John Vannott Sealed and delivered
       by Joshua Barney in Presence of Gunning Bedford John Young
                      Received five shillings the Consideration money above

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       I James Young party to the within Trusts for myself and my Heirs do
       by these Presents in furtherance of the Intentions of the said Trust Covenant
       promise and agree to and with the said Charles Young and Joshua
       Barney Trustees in the within Deed and Conveyance mentioned that
       at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and Proper Costs and
       Charges of any Purchaser or Purchasers of any Part or Parts of the
       real Estate by the said Deed and Conveyance meant and mentioned
       to be sold and Disposed that I will make execute and deliver such
       further Deeds and Assurances in the Law as shall be deemed necessary
       for the Better Assurance and Confirmation of their Estate and title in
       the Premisses by Council Learned in the Law Witness my hand and
       Seal this Eighth day of October the day of the date of the Execution
