       of the one part and Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Intendant of the revenue of the State of Maryland of the other
       Part Witnesseth that the said John M.clure for and in consideration of the sum of two Thousand Pounds Specie to him
       in hand paid or secured to be paid before the sealing of these Presents the receipt and Payment whereof and of every Part
       and Parcel thereof the said John MClure doth hereby acknowledge and confess and the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer
       his heirs Ex.rs Admrs & Assigns Acquit & for ever discharge hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed released
       & confirmed  And by these presents Doth give grant bargain Sell alien enfeoffe release and confirm to the said Daniel of
       Saint Tho.s Jenifer his Heirs & Assigns to the only proper use and behoof of the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer
       his heirs and Assigns for ever all that Lot of Ground in Baltimore Town known by the name of Harrisons Yellow
       Werehouse and contained within the following corners and distances to wit  Beginning for the same on Water Street on the
       south side thereof at the End of fifty seven feet three inches from the Intersection of Commerce Street and Water Street towards
       Dan.l Bowley's Lot and runing thence binding on Water Street fifty seven feet three Inches to Commerce Street thence
       south binding on Commerce Street Eighty feet thence West parallel with Pratt Street extended sixty six feet or thereabouts
       untill it intersets the line of Daniel Bowleys Lot thence North binding on Daniel Bowley's Lot twenty nine feet
       eight inches and thence with a straight line to the beginning  Together with the buildings improvements Emoluments
       Advantages Ways Streets Lanes & Alleys to the same belonging or in any ways appertaining and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues & Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof  To have
       and to hold the said Lot of Land and premisses with every of the appurtenances unto the said Daniel of Saint
       Thomas Jenifer his heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of the said daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer
       his heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said John McLure for himself
       his heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant and agree with the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer
       his heirs and Assigns that he the said John McLure and his Heirs Shall and will from time to time and at all times
       hereafter whenever there to requested make do and Execute or cause to be made done and Executed any further or other
       Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for the more effectual Assignment and confirmation of all his Right and Title to the
       said Premises and every Part thereof unto the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       and further that the said John McLure and his Heirs the aforesaid Lot of Land & premisses with every of the appurtenances
       unto the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer his heirs and Assigns forever against him and his heirs and
       against all Persons claiming or to claim shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents  In
       Witness whereof the said parties have hereto set their hands and seals the day and year above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed to wit

            Maryland August the 13.th 1784  Then John McLure came before me the subscriber one of the Judges of the
       General Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Lot and Premisses within
       mentioned together with the appurtenances to be the right title and Estate of the within named Daniel of Saint Thomas
       Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the purport true intent and meaning of the said Deed and the Act of
       Assembly in such case made and Provided                              Taken and acknowledged the day and year afores.d
