       By the number Seventy two containing thirty two Acres & three Quarters of an acre more
       or less together with all and singular the Improvements Rents profits advantages and
       Appurtenances unto the said Lot of Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining and the Reversion
       and Reversions Rem^a^inder and Remainders of the said premisses and all the Estate Right title
       Interest Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Gassaway of in and to the same
       and every part thereof  To have and to hold the aforesaid Lot of Ground with the premisses and
       Appurtenances aforesaid unto him the said Thomas Freer his Heirs and Assigns forever  And the said
       Henry Gassaway for himself and his Heirs the Lot of Land aforesaid with the premisses and Appurtenances
       and every part thereof against him and his heirs and against all and every other person
       and persons whatsoever to the said Tho.s Freer his Heirs and Assigns shall and will warrant
       and for ever defend by these presents  In Witness whereof the said Henry Gassaway hath hereunto
       set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year first above written

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written (Viz.t)   Received on the Day & year

       Maryland fs.t  On the 20.th Day of April 1784  Came before me One of the Judges of the
       Geneneral Court the within named Henry Gassaway and acknowledged the within Indenture
4 sides    of writing to be his Act and Deed & the Lot of Land therein mentioned to be bargained
       and sold to be the Right Title and Estate of the within named Thomas Freer his Heirs
       and Assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning thereof

       This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of April Seventeen hundred and
       Eighty four Between Horatio Belt of the City of Annapolis physician and Catherine
       his wife of the one part and Benjamin Ogle of the same place gentleman of the other part
       witnesseth that the said Horatio and Catherine for and in Consideration of the sum of one
       thousand Pounds current money to them in hand paid before the sealing and delivery
       of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted bargained
       and sold unto the said Benjamin Ogle all their right title and Interest in and to one
       undivid^e^d moiety of one thousand Acres of Land of which the surveyor of Baltimore county
       returned to the assembly at their last Session a plot and certificate dated May the 1.st 1783
       wherein he hath certified that he had carefully surveyed and Laid down one thousand acres
       of Land for M.rs Rebecca Hanson and Catherine Dulany adjoining the Land granted to
       M.rs Mary Fitzhugh and including the Dwelling plantation of their father the late
       Walter Dulany Esq.r Deceased agreeable to an act of assembly passed for the said purpose
       at the last session which said one thousand Acres of Land are granted to the said
       Rebecca Hanson and Catherine Dulany now Catherine Belt one of the granters
       herein mentioned by an act of Assembly entitled and act for the Benefit of M.rs Rebecca
       Hanson and Catherine Dulany passed at November session 1782 and but a supplement
       thereto passed at November session 1783 to hold the same to them and their Heirs as tenants
       in common agreable to the terms of the said acts which have been duly complied with and
       the said Horatio and Catherine do give grant bargain and sell unto the said Benjamin Ogle
       and his heirs the said undivided moiety of the said one thousand Acres of Land to have and to
       hold the same to him and his heirs unto the only use and behoof of him and his
       heirs for ever In witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set
