       particularly mentioned and described with the appurtenances To hold unto and is the use of
       the said Daniel Hughes and Samuel Hughes their heirs and assigns for ever as tenants in
       common  And this deponent further saith that the name Oliver Cromwell subscribed to
       the said annexed parchment writing as one of the witnesses to the execution thereof by the
       said Daniel Mildred and Lydia Mildred is of the proper hand writing of him the said
       M.r Cromwell and that the name Tho.s Whebell subscribed thereto as the other witness to the
       execution thereof by the said Daniel Mildred and Lydia Mildred is of the proper hand
       writing of him this deponent  And that the name Jos.h Taylor subscribed to the said annexed
       parchment writing as one of the witnesses to the execution thereof by the said Daniel Roberts
       and Amelia Roberts is of the proper hand writing of him the said Jos.h Taylor and that
       the name Tho.s Whebell subscribed thereto as the other witness to the execution thereof by the
       said Daniel Roberts and Amelia Roberts is of the proper hand writing of him this deponent
       And this Deponent further saith That he this Deponent was also present as a witness and
       did see the said Daniel Mildred Lydia Mildred his wife Daniel Roberts and Amelia Roberts
       severally sign and seal and as their respective acts and deeds deliver the Instrument or
       writing indorsed on the back of the said hereto annexed parchment writing being or
       purporting to be ^a^ Letter or power of Attorney bearing date the seventeenth day of this  
       instant month of October from the said Daniel Mildred Lydia Mildred his wife
       Daniel Roberts and Amelia Roberts to John Smith of the Province of Maryland in
       the United States of North America and Thomas Smith late of London now residing       
       in Philadelphia or else ^where^ in the United States aforesaid for the purposes therein expresed
       and this Deponent further saith that the name Oliver Cromwell subscribed as one of
       the witnesses to the execution of the said Letter or power of Attorney by the said Daniel
       Mildred and Lydia Mildred of the proper hand writing of the said M.r Cromwell
       and that the name Tho.s Whebell subscribed as the other witness to the execution thereof
       by the said Daniel Mildred and Lydia Mildred his wife is of the proper hand writing

       To all to whom these presents shall come I Nathaniel Newnham Esquire
       Lord Mayor of the City of London Do hereby Certifie that on the Day of the Date
       hereof personally came and appeared before me Thomas Whebell the Deponent named
       in the Affiavit hereunto annexed being a Person well known and worthy of good
       Credit and by solemn Oath which the said Deponent then took before me upon the
       Holy Evangelists of Almighty God did solemnly and sincerely declare testifie and depose to be
       true the several matters and things mentioned and contained in the said annexed
       affidavit   In Faith and Testimony whereof I the said Lord Mayor have caused
       the Seal of the Office of Mayoralty of the said City of London to be hereunto put and
       affixed and the Indenture and Letter of Attorney indorsed thereon mentioned and referred
       to in and by the said affidavit to be hereunto also annexed Dated in London the Twenty
       Second Day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty
       three
