199 Eighty two Acres and an half of Land more or less with one undivided moiety or half part of all houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Watercourses Woods under woods Easements Privileges Improvments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Premisses belonging or in any wise appertaining all which premisses were conveyed by the said Daniel Hughes and Samuel Hughes unto the said Daniel Mildred and John Roberts by an Indenture bearing date the twenty seventh day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy three made b^e^tween the said Daniel Hughes and Samuel Hughes of the one part and the said Daniel Mildred and John Roberts by their then description of Daniel Mildred and John Roberts of Finchurch Street London Merchants of the other part And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Possession Property Claim and demand both in Law and Equity of them the said Daniel Mildred and Lydia his wife and Daniel Roberts and Amelia Roberts or any or either of them of into or out of the same undivided moiety or half part To have and to hold the said undivided moiety or half part of the said Furnace Forge Lands and Tenements hereby conveyed or intended so to be ^to^ the said Daniel Hughes and Samuel Hughes their heirs and Assigns To the only Proper use and behoof of the said Daniel Hughes and Samuel Hughes their Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in common and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Daniel Mildred for himself and the said Lydia his wife and their Heirs and the said Daniel Roberts for himself and his Heirs and the said Amelia Roberts for herself and her Heirs do hereby Covenant promise and agree to and with the said Daniel Hughes and Samuel Hughes and their Heirs and Assigns that they the said Daniel Mildred and Lydia his wife Daniel Roberts and Amelia Roberts or the said John Roberts deceased have not nor hath either of them made done commited or s^u^ffered any act matter or thing whatsoever whereby to charge incumber or otherwise affect the premisses hereby conveyed other than the conveyance thereof hereby made ^In^ Witness whereof the said Daniel Mildred and Lydia his Wife John Roberts and Amelia Roberts have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written Daniel Mildred (seal) Dan.l Roberts (Seal) Lydia Mildred (seal) Amelia Roberts (Seal) On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t Received the day and year first within written of and from the within Named Daniel £ Hughes the sum of two thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds being the consideration 2250 Money within mentioned to be paid by him to me Witness Dan.l Mildred Oliver Cromwell Tho.s Whebell Received the day and year first within written of and from the within named Samuel £ Hughes the sum of two Thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds being the consideration 2250 Money Within mentioned to be paid by him to me Witness Dan.l Mildred Oliver Cromwell Sealed and Delivered by the within named Tho.s Whebell Daniel Roberts and Amelia Roberts Sealed and Delivered by by the within named in the presence of Daniel Mildred and Lydia Mildred in Jos.h Taylor Bath the presence of Oliver Cromwell Essex Street Strand London Tho.s Whebell Tho.s Whebell & his Clerk |
