       bargained sold remised released and for ever quitted claim and doth hereby grant bargain
       sell remise release and for ever quit claim unto the said Joshua Frazier his heirs and
       Assigns all his the sid Charles Wallace's Estate right title Interest claim and demand
       whatsoever in and to the Lotts hereby bargained sold and released and to the reversion
       remainder and Inheritance thereof  To have and to hold the said Lotts with their
       improvements and appurtenances unto him the said Joshua Frazier his heirs and Assigns
       for ever  And the said Charles Wallace the said Lotts and premises to the said Joshua
       Frazier and his heirs shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents to from
       and against all persons claiming by from or under him the said Charles Wallace his heirs or
       Assigns  In witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and
       affixed their Seals the day and year first above written

       On the back of the aforegoing deed were the following Endorsements to wit
      
             Maryland  On the 18.th day of February 1784  Charles Wallace appeared before the
       Subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court and acknowledged the within instrument of
       writing to be his act and deed

                Maryland  And on the day following came Catherine the wife of the said Charles Wallace
       and being by me privately examined out of the hearing of her said husband acknowledged that
       she relinquished her right of dower to the land mentioned in the within deed and that she
       did it freely and willingly and without being induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage
       by her husband or fear of his displeasure  Acknowledged before the Subscriber one of
       the Judges of the General Court

       This Indenture made this eleventh day of March Anno Domini one thousand seven
       hundred & Eighty four Between Samuel Whips of Ann Arundel County & State of Maryland
       Planter of the one part & George Whips of Ann Arundel County & State aforesaid on the other
       part  Witnesseth that the said Samuel Whips for & in consideration of the Sum of five shillings
       to him in hand paid at & before the ensealing and delivering of these presents by the said George
       Whips the receipt whereof he the said Samuel Whips doth hereby acknowledge & himself
       therewith fully satisfy'd contented & paid and thereof & therefrom and from every part & parcel
       thereof doth fully clearly & absolutely exonerate acquit & discharge him the said George Whips
       his heirs & Assigns for ever  Hath given granted bargained sold aliend & enfeoffed & confirmd
        And by these presents doth fully clearly & absolutely give grant bargain sell alien enfeoff &
       confirm unto the said George Whips his heirs and Assigns for ever all such moiety or Tract of land
       called Forest Grove lying & being in Ann Arundel County on the South Side of the westernmost
       Great Branch of the main Falls of Patapsco River beginning in or near the Center between
       three bounded white oaks standing about seven or eight paces asunder in an Angle and
