       Maryland of in and to the Same and each of them with their and each of their Appertenances
       as well in law as in Equity to have and to hold the Said Several tracts or Parcels of leased land
       herein discribed and Premisses with the Appertenances to them and each of them belonging
       or any wise Appertaining to him the said Thomas Russell his Heirs and Assigns for ever to
       the only USU and Behoof of the said Thomas Russell his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to
       no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Testomony Whereof the said Nathaniel
       Ramsey & Clement Holliday have hereto set there Hands & Seals the Day & Year first

       Clement Holliday Commissioners for Preservation and Sale of confiscated british Property
       in the State of Maryland before us the Subscribers two of the Justices for the County of
       Ann Arundall and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be there Act and
       Deed and the lands & Premessis within mentioned & described to be the Right title & Estate
       of the within named Thomas Russell his heirs & Assigns for ever according to the true Intent
       & Meaning of the same deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made & Provided

       Ann Arundall County f.st  I hereby Certify that Allen Quynn and William Hyde
       Gentleman before whom the above acknowledment was taken and whow have thereto

       and for the County aforesaid and all Certificats by them Given as Such due faith and
       Credits is and Ought to be given as well in Courts of Justice as thereout
