174 Acres all lying in the County aforesaid and whereas it appears to the said Nathaniel Ramsey Clement Holliday & Thomas Russell Parties to these Presents that the description of the Said leased lands intended and meant to be conveyed to the said Thomas Russell by the said recited Indenture is altogether vague and uncertain and it being the desire & Intention of the said Parties and every of them to describe point out and delineate the said three tracts or parcels of leased lands so fully clearly & certainly that the same may be known and distinguished from all other lands and that no dispute may hereafter arise concerning the Location of the same nor either of them Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Nathaniel Ramsey & Clement Holliday for the Causes aforesaid and for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling to them in hand paid by the said Thomas Russell ^the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said Thomas Russell^ released therefrom have granted bargained sold released aliened enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these Presents the said Nathaniel Ramsey & Clement Holliday do grant bargain sell releas alien enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Thomas Russell his Heirs & Assign for ever all that tract or Parcel of leased land being Part of Susquehannah manor alias New bonnach Begining at a red Oak blased four Sids a corner tree of a Parcil of Meadowland which did belong to the Principio Company at the head of North East and runing from the said Oak North two hundred & eighty Perches then North sixty degrees East thirty five Perches then South forty degrees East thirty eight Perches then South six degrees East two hundred and sixty seven Perches then West ten degrees South forty six Perches thence to the Begining containing and laid out for one hundred & twenty Acres of land tract or Parcel of land being Part of North East manor Begining at a Maple with three Prongs standing on the West Side of Henrys Mill Pool and at the mouth of a small Gravelly Run and runing from thenc South sixty degrees West twenty perches thenc South sixty seven degrees West Seventy six Perches thenc North seventy degrees West ten Perches thenc North Seven Degrees East forty six Perches thenc East thirty six Perches thenc East ten degrees North forty six Perches and from thenc to the Begining containing twenty Acres and all that tract or parcel of land being Part of North East Manor Begining at a forked Spanish Oak standing on the West Side of North East River and a Corner tree of the Commons of Charles Town and runing from thenc North fifty five degrees West one hundred and ninety Perches then North eighteen degrees West two hundred forty five Perches thenc North seventy six degrees East one hundred ninety eight perches then South eleven degrees East two hundred sixty six Perches then South seventy five degrees East ten perches than with a Tract line to the Begining Containing three hundred and sixty Acres of land all lying in Cacil County aforesaid with the Buildings ^and^ Improvements on the same and each of them and all Benifits & Advantages to the Same and each of them belonging or in any wise appertaining and all the right title & Interest of the State |
