       According to law And I do further constitute impower order and direct my said
       Attorney to Pay all just Debts that I do owe in this Country and the Money Arrising
       from my Bonds and rents of my Estates and the remainder of all monies to be
       Subject to my Orders and draughts upon him and I do further impower my said
       Attorney to make one or more Attornies or Agents under him if necessary and the
       same to revoke at Pleasure  And whatsoever my said Attorney shall lawfully do on
       the Premisses I do hereby ratify and confirm as fully and amply as if I my Self
       was Personally preset and did the same  In Witness whereof I do hereunto sett
       my hand and Seal this 28.th Day of July in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred and Eighty three

       named George Goldsmith Presbury Esquire before us the Subscribers two of the justices
       for the said County and made Oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that
       he was Present and saw the within named William Fell Esq.r sign Seal and deliver
       the within Power of Attorney to the within named David McMechen as his Act and
       Deed for the Purposes within mentioned and the said Fell requested this deponent to
       Sign his name therto as Witness
             Sworn before us                                             George Gold.s Presbury
             And Buchanan
             Jn.o Merryland

       Bryan Philpot Gentleman before us the Subscribers two of the justices for said County
