       any Condition Limitation of use or uses or other things to alter Change Determine
       or Incumber the same or part or parcel of the above said Eighty
       one Acres of Land and the said John Brunt will for Ever Warrant and
       Defend the aforesaid Parcell of Land and Premisses to him the said Charles
       Hipsley his heirs and assigns against any person or persons Claiming
       any Interest therein from by or under him the said John Brunt his
       heirs or assigns and him the said John Brunt and his heirs Shall and will
       at any time hereafter make do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute all and
       Every Such further and other act and acts thing or things as by the
       Said Charles Hipsley his heirs or assigns Shall be Resonable Devised
       advised or Required for Conveying the Estate Hereby Intended to be
       Conveyed  In Witness whereof the said partys have hereunto Interchangeably
       set to their Hands and affixed their Seals the day and year first above Written
          Signd Sealed and Delivered                                       his

          Baltimore County fs  On the 30.th Day of October 1770 Came John Brunt before
       us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for the County afs.d and Acknowledged
       the within Indenture of Bargain and sale to be ^his^ Act and Deed and
       the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Estate right and title of the
       within named Charles Hipsley his Heirs and assigns for Ever
       at the same time Came Elizabeth the wife of the said John Brunt and being
       Privately Examined by us out of the Hearing of her Said Husband freely and Voluntaryly
       gave up her Right of Dower to the within Mentioned Land without the Threats fear
       or Displeasure of her said Husband According to the Act of Assembly in such
       Case made and Provided
