       the Land and Negroes therein mentioned and each and every of them  To have and to hold
       the said deed of Mortgage all the Land and Negroes therein mentioned and all the Right title
       Interest Claim and Demand of the said Thomas Sprigg and Robert Pleasents of in or to
       the same unto him the said Philemon Lecompte his heirs Executors            Administrators
       and Assigns to his and their only proper use and behoof and to and for no other use Intent
       or purpose whatsoever Subject only to the provisoes and Conditions mentioned and contained
       in the said recited deed of Mortgage  In Witness Whereof the said Parties to these
       presents have hereunto set their hands and affixed their Seals the day and Year
       first above Written                                                         Tho.s Sprigg            (LS)
