       and eighty nine Acres of Land more or less and also all Trees Woods Underwoods Profits Commodities
       Advantages Hereditaments ways Waters and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Land above mentioned
       belonging or in any wise appertaining  And also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said Premisses and of every part thereof  And all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Claim and Demand and whatsoever of them the said Michael Pue William Goodwin
       and Milcah his wife Eleanor Dorsey and Samuel Dorsey of in and to the said Land and Premisses
       and every part thereof  To have and to hold the said Land and premisses above mentioned and
       every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
       to the only proper use and behoof of the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or
       for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever  And further that ^they^ the said Michael Pue William
       Goodwin and Milcah his wife Eleanor Dorsey and Samuel Dorsey and their Heirs Respectively
       shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the request and at the Costs and
       Charges of the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns make do Acknowledge and Execute or cause
       to be made and done  Acknowledged and Executed all such further and other Reasonable Acts Matters
       and things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more
       perfect Assuring and Conveying of the same premisses and every part or parcel thereof unto the
       said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of these
       presents as by the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns shall be reasonably devised advised
       or required and the said Samuel Dorsey for himself and his Heirs Doth further Covenant Grant
       and agree to and with the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Samuel Dorsey
       and his Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter upon the request and at
       the proper Costs and Charges of the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns Make Do Acknowledge
       and Execute or cause to be Made Done Acknowledged and Executed all such further and other
       reasonable Acts Matters and things Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for
       the further better and more perfect Assuring and Conveying of the same premisses and every part
       or parcel thereof unto the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the
       True Intent and meaning of these presents as by the said Thomas Dorsey his Heirs or Assigns
       shall be reasonably Devised      Advised or required  In Witness whereof the parties first above
       named have hereunto Set their hands and affixed their Seals the day and year first above Written
