732 Ex.d This Indenture made this 19.th day of October in the year one Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy four Between James Beall (son of James) of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part And Jones Allcain of the County and province aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the same James Beall (Son of James) for and in Consideration of the sum of thirty pounds Common Money of Maryland by the same Jones Allcain to the same James Beall before the Execution of these presents in hand paid the receipt whereof the same James Beall doth hereby acknowledge and thereof doth acquit and discharge the said Jones Allcain his heirs Executors and Admins.rs for ever hath granted bargained Sold Aliened released enfeoffed and Confirm and by these Presents doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Jones Allcain all that tract or parcel of Land called the James and Elizabeth laying and being in Frederick ^County^ Beginning at the original beginning and running thence North Eighty four degrees West Eighty Seven perches North Nineteen degrees East fourty perches East fifty perches then South twenty perches then by a Streight line the beginning Containing and now laid out for twenty Seven Acres of Land be the same more or Less together with all and singular the Houses out Houses Orchards Gardains Woods underwoods Trees and Timber tree meadowes Water and water Courses Tenements hereditaments and Appertenances whatsoever unto the same hereby granted Parcel of Land belonging or appertaining and the Reversions and Reversion Remainders and Remainder thereof and all the Estate right title and Intrest whatsoever of him the said James Beall party to these presents of in and to the same and every part thereof to have and to hold all and Singular the aforesaid bargained parcel of Land unto him the said Jones Allcain his Heirs and Assigns for ever to and for the proper use of him the said Jones Allcain his heirs and Assigns for ever and the same James Beall and his heirs doth hereby Warrant and for ever defend unto him the said Jones Allcain his Heirs and Assigns for ever against them and against all person or persons Claiming from or under them In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the day and year above Written Sealed and delivered James Beall / son of J.s (LS) in the presents of Jn.o Callahan James Hodges On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus Endorsed to wit Received 19.th day of October 1774 of Jones Allcain the within named thirty pound Current Money in full for the Consideration of the within Mentioned Land and Premises P James Beall (Son of J.s) Witness Jn.o Callahan On the 19.th day of October 1774 came James Beall (son of James) the Grantor within named ^personally appeared^ before me the underwritten One of the Proprietarys his Justices of the Prov.l Court and freely acknowledged the within Written Indenture to be his Voluntary Act and deed and appertenances therein mentioned to be granted to be by virtue thereof the right and estate of the within named Jones Allcain his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the True intent and meaning thereof Recorded the 19.th day of October 1774 Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer |
