          To all to whom these presents shall come I James Townshend Esq.r Lord Mayor
       of the City of London  In pursuance of an Act of Parliament made and passed in the fifth Year of
       the Reign of his late Majesty King George the Second Intituled an Act for the more East recovery
       of Debts in his Majestys Plantations and Colonies in America  Do hereby Certify that on the
       day of the date hereof personally came and appeared before me Richard Jackson and Francis
       Davis the Deponents named in the affidavit hereunto annexed being persons well known and
       Worthy of Good Credit and by Solemn Oath which the said Deponents then took before me upon
       the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God Did Solemnly and Sincerely declare Testify and
       Depose to be true the Several matters and things mentioned and Contained in the said Annexed
       Affidavit
                                        In Faith and Testimony whereof I the said Lord Mayor
                                        have caused the seal of office of Mayoralty of the said City of London to
    Seal of                         be hereunto put and affixed and the Assignment and letter of Attorney mentioned
    Mayoralty                    and referred to in and by the said Affidavit to be hereunto also Annexed
                                        Dated in London the seventeenth day of July in the Year of our Lord One
                                        Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy three

                            Richard Jackson of Tower Street London and Francis Davis of Philpot Lane London
       Gentlemen severally make Oath and Say  And first this Deponent Richard Jackson for himself saith
       that he was present and did see William Perkins Sign Seal and duly Execute the Deed of Assignment
       hereunto Annexed marked with the Letter A and saith that the name Will.m Perkins thereunto
       Set and Subscribed as an Executing Party is the proper hand writing of the said William Perkins
       and the name Rich.d Jackson wrote on the Back of the said Deed as a Witness to the due Execution
       thereof by the said William Perkins is of the Proper hand Writing of this Deponent  And this
       Deponent Francis Davis for himself saith that he was present and Did see William Brown
       for Thomas Buchanan as his Attorney and for himself and did also for Henry Holland William
       Powell and Cordall Powell Sign Seal and Duly Execute the said Assignment hereunto
       Annexed marked with the Letter A and Saith that Richard Cracraft of Philpot Lane London
       Gentleman and the Deponent are Witnesses to the due Execution thereof by Thomas Buchanan
       by his Attorney as aforesaid William Brown Henry Holland William Powell and Cordall Powell
       and that the Names Thomas Buchanan by William Brown his Attorney and Will.m Brown
       thereunto Set and Subscribed as Executing Parties is the Proper hand Writing of the said William
       Brown and the names H Holland W.m Powell and C.ll Powell set and Subscribed as Executing
       Parties thereto are of the respective proper hands Writing of the said Henry Holland William
       Powell and Cordall Powell and that the names R.d Cracraft and this Deponent and this Deponent
       Francis Davis for him self further saith that he was also present and did see the said Henry
       Holland William Powell and Cordall Powell Sign Seal and duly Execute the Deed Poll or
       Letter of Attorney hereunto also annexed marked with the Letter B and saith that this Deponent
       and the said Richard Cracraft are Witnesses to the due Execution thereof and that the Names
       H Holland W.m Powell and Cordall Powell set and subscribed as Executing Parties thereto are the
       respective proper hands writing of the said Henry Holland William Powell and Cordall Powell
       and that the names R.d Cracraft and Francis Davis Clke to M.r Cracraft wrote on the
       Back thereof as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof are of the respective proper hands writing
